Comfortable accommodation with large and beautiful rooms really close to the market, Graca and others in different areas, and the historical part of Lisbon. A bathtub bath, a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Garden view from the windows.

As vegetarians, we loved that the apartment was in a great location near restaurants and supermarkets. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking our own meals.

A calm apartment, everything was perfect!
i also loved the climate control, a cable tv with on-demand movies and coffee/tea making facilities. fantastic setting, views of garden. had easy check in.

I had a fantastic stay at Patio Sao Vicente. The location was perfect, right by the 28 tram stop and easy to navigate around the city. The terrace was a peaceful oasis, providing much-needed tranquility in the heart of the bustling city. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a self-catering stay. The warm welcome from Olinda made me feel right at home, and her kindness towards my young daughter was truly heartwarming. I highly recommend Patio Sao Vicente for a wonderful stay in Lisbon.
One drawback was the steepness of the hill leading to the property, which made it a bit challenging when traveling with a toddler and all the necessary gear. Additionally, the bedroom and bathroom were separated by narrow and steep stairs, which could be a safety concern.

Well-equipped rooms, everything was excellent.
the apartment was comfortable and calm, we truly enjoyed its quiet atmosphere and location convenient to a metro & train station. it had a great setting really close to good restaurants, lisbon's historic district and the fabulous church são vincent de fora. the property was 400 metres away from samambaia. had a bath. we could see garden from our window.

The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. the apartment was well-designed and had all the necessary amenities. the host was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
The lack of signage in the area made it difficult to find the entrance to the apartment. there were no tissues provided in the bathroom or kitchen, which was inconvenient.
